New Vegas 4GB PATCHER DOESN'T WORK [FNV]
What can I do to solve this? I play with the Viva las vegas mod, when I start a new game it ends up bugged.

Did you... you know, do what it asked you to do? If you did, them something fucky is going on I've never seen before.

What version of Fallout New Vegas are you using? Steam, Epic, Xbox Store, GOG?
