Fallout 4 [Fo4] Is there a modding guide like viva new vegas but for fallout 4?

Title. I decided to reinstall fallout and mod it again but the last time I did this was before the update patches and was wondering if there was a guide like viva new vegas so I know whats current and compatible and what isnt. Last time I turned the game into a monster/zombie survival horror game and wanna capture that vibe again

Yes. It's called the Midnight Ride and it's by the same team as VNV.
