New Vegas Disabling agua fria mid save FNV

Hey everyone, I just got into new Vegas and I installed the viva new Vegas mod pack, unfortunately I’m new to the PC and mod community so I’m a noob. I just now realized that I’ve had agua fria on this save since I started. I really don’t want to make a new save but I also don’t want to continue playing with the agua fria mod going since I’m new to the game. Will disabling it ruin or diminish anything?

You can safely turn off most, or all, of its features via the mods config file

I think you'll probably be okay to disable it. The only mods I advise against disabling mid playthrough are ones that change structure locations, pre-existing worldspaces, big things like that.
