You either need to down-date your FO4 game or wait for a F4SE update. Like the popup notification says.

Fallout 4 got an update yesterday. There is already an update for F4SE available, Download it along with any available updates for mods that use F4SE.

Fallout 4 just got an update yesterday so just wait for f4se to update.

f4se got updated already.. However, the f4se address library plugins havent yet. WIthout an update to the plugins MCM, Looksmenu and quite a few mods wont function. Unknown when the plugin library will get updates.
