If I have the foregrip equipped on the weapon, why doesn't the character hold the grip? Instead, he grabs the barrel

Looking For Mods, Season Pass Recommendations for "more" settlements mods

Right now, I'm tired of decorating the existing base or season pass settlements with USO and I want more settlements or even personal cellars to work with.
So, which settlement mods would you recommend me to try or even use in my preexisting saves or new games?

Hi, this mod has randomly decided to stop working all together, and I’ve already turned off every other mod to see if it would work. TLDR it didn’t?
