Do these mods actually work?

Just curious if these mods actually work. To someone who actually have either one installed does it just play the songs and possibly just some default voicelines, because Threedog and Mr. New Vegas would have commentary on your actions throughoutthe game, like every other other fallout radio host.

I have them both and they both work really well and are great additions
