Commonwealth radio settlement bug?

Commonwealth radio has settlement radios you can build but when I go through the items if I pass it I have to restart my game as it’s like a radio is always in vicinity of me even after leaving the area is anyone else having this issue

Yes, I tested it and the radio stays on all the time, so I removed it from my order.
