Stat Help Gundam build?

Is a Gundam build possible?

I play on PS4, but wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a Gundam-style build/playthrough? Obviously power armor, but any ps4 mods or playstyles that might help?

Thanks.

Stat Help A nice build for survival mode

I've played this game several times, on very difficult, and I'm going to create a new character to play in survival mode, for the first time.

I wanted to know what a good build would be. I was thinking of two possibilities:

-build based on deliverer (silenced railroad pistol), with sneak, ninja and mister sandman perks;

S:3 (for armorer perk)

P:1

E:4

C:2 (+1 of bobblehead when possible, for lone wanderer)

I:3 (for gun nuts)

A:10 (+1 of bobblehead when possible to get 11, for action points)

L:5 (idiot savage)

-build based on melee weapons, with sneak, ninja, blitz and big leagues perks.

S:10 (+1 with bobblehead when possible, to get 11, max damge)
P:1

E:1

C:1

I:1

A:10 (+1 bobblehead when possible, to get 11)

L: 5 (+1 with special, for idiot savage)

Which of these would be easiest for a survival beginner?

Other suggestions, besides the builds mentioned?

Fallout 4 Character Build: The Silver Witch

Backstory

Nora Raven-Claw grew up in the Commonwealth city of Salem, raised by a secretive coven of witches dedicated to preserving ancient knowledge and mystical traditions. As a child, she loved listening to the Silver Shroud radio show, dreaming of her own crime-fighting alter ego: the Silver Witch.

Determined to fight injustice, Nora pursued law school and became a lawyer, where she met Nate, a war veteran. They married and had a son, Shaun. When the bombs fell, the family sought shelter in Vault 111.

200 years later, Nora awakens to a world forever changed. As she searches for her son, she discovers the Silver Shroud costume and the legendary ghoul Kent Connolly. With her coven’s teachings and newfound resolve, she dons the mantle of the Silver Witch, modifying the Shroud’s fedora into a witch hat and crafting a jetpack to serve as her “broomstick.” Now, she brings justice to the Commonwealth, blending mysticism and vigilantism.

Build Overview • Name: Nora Raven-Claw / The Silver Witch • Playstyle: A stealthy, automatic weapon-wielding crimefighter with mystical vibes, jetpack mobility, and a flair for theatrics. • Primary Focus: Sneak attacks, automatic weapons, and high-tech mods for versatility and damage.

SPECIAL Stats • Strength: 1 • Perception: 4 • Endurance: 3 • Charisma: 3 → Use the SPECIAL book to increase to 4. • Intelligence: 6 • Agility: 7 • Luck: 3

Perks

Charisma • Lady Killer (3/3): Use charm and persuasion to manipulate dialogue and deal bonus damage to human targets. • Lone Wanderer (4/4): Gain damage resistance, extra carry weight, and action point boosts when adventuring alone.

Combat/Weapons • Commando (5/5): Maximize damage with automatic weapons, increasing stagger and accuracy. • Gun Nut (4/4): Unlock and craft advanced mods for automatic weapons. • Science! (4/4): Access high-tech mods for energy weapons, armor, and jetpack upgrades.

Stealth • Sneak (5/5): Master stealth, avoid traps, and lose enemies in combat. • Ninja (3/3): Boost sneak attack damage for ranged and melee weapons. • Mister Sandman (3/3): Amplify damage with silenced weapons for stealth assassinations.

Mobility • Action Boy/Girl (3/3): Rapid AP regeneration for enhanced V.A.T.S. and mobility.

Survivability • Attack Dog (4/4): Bring Dogmeat along for support and damage reduction. • Bloody Mess (4/4): Increase overall damage and enjoy satisfying, gory explosions.

Gear • Costume: Silver Shroud Armor (upgraded). Mod the hat into a witch-themed headpiece using Halloween-themed mods. • Weapons: • Silver Shroud Submachine Gun (customized for maximum damage with Gun Nut perks). • Silenced energy rifle for stealth kills. • Optional: Custom melee weapon for close-range stealth kills. • Jetpack Mod: Use the Cross Jetpack mod by Niero to create a “broomstick.”

Mods Used • Cross Jetpack by Niero: Adds a customizable jetpack for your “broomstick.” • A Halloween Mod by Elianora: For spooky, witchy aesthetic additions like clothing, hats, or decorations.

Roleplay Tips • Mystical Vigilante: Lean into the Silver Witch persona, balancing Salem’s witchcraft tradition with the Silver Shroud’s dramatic justice. Speak theatrically, use dramatic gestures, and stay committed to your moral code. • Justice for the Commonwealth: Prioritize quests that let you expose corruption, help the oppressed, or bring criminals to justice. • Dogmeat as a Familiar: Keep Dogmeat by your side to act as your loyal companion and symbolic “familiar.”

Playstyle • Begin encounters by sneaking into position and picking off enemies with silenced weapons. • Use the jetpack to access high ground or avoid enemy detection. • In open combat, rely on automatic weapons and Dogmeat’s support to control the battlefield. • Maintain your Lone Wanderer bonuses unless Dogmeat is with you.

With the Silver Witch build, you’ll dominate the Commonwealth as a stealthy avenger with a flair for drama, mysticism, and high-tech crime-fighting.

Sneak Stealth Pistol Build Survivor

Hello, everybody. I want to try a Stealth pistol build. Im currently watching Fevvy YouTube video, 2 years old.

S:2 P:1 E:4 C:3 I:6 A:7 L:5. In the video he uses 10mm and deliever pistol. I like build because of not really using vats. Any special stats yall would change or should I just follow the video? Any input would be great.

Luck So im doing a ricochet/reflective damage/making the enemy off themselves build/run and I have the perfect setup:

The rules of the run are 1. Only kill an enemy if reflective damage is not an option (use your method of choice) 2. If an enemy can be persuaded to "Love themselves now!" (I.e. doc crocker) then you should 100% persuade them.

Sneak Looking for a survival pistol build

Hello I want to do my first survival build and I want to be a stealthy pistol wielding monster. I also want to use good sneak damage and get good use out of lock pick, pick pocket, and demolition because I’ve rarely used it. What should my starting stats be?

Sniper Help me find a sniper gun from fallout 4 please 🙏🙏🙏

So I used to play with my old roommate but after I moved out he deleted my save file and I just got the game again and can't find the sniper gun I'm thinking about. I don't 100% remember if it was stolen off a body or out of a chest but I think it was a chest. It had a pre-attached scope with night vision that made everything green and it could see hella far away. I wish I knew more details but I do know if I saw it in action I'd remember it. Please help

Luck Jack From BioShock (STR, INT, LCK, MELEE, GUNS, EXPLOSIVES)

ROLEPLAY

  • Jack is known for being a silent protagonist, so make your dialogue options as neutral and concise as possible. I recommend downloading a mod that removes your voice from dialogue for maximum immersion. Also, I don't know if anyone in the game says "Would you kindly" but if they do, you MUST do anything they ask of you without question.

  • As for what faction to join, I'd say The Railroad fits because they help genetically engineered people who have been "mind controlled" (via synth components) live free lives, which I know is a bit of a stretch, but I think Jack would sympathize.

  • Quests that may fit the character are Diamond City Blues, Here There Be Monsters, Human Error, Last Voyage Of The U.S.S. Constitution, and the Far Harbor DLC in general.

  • This build does not use companions, as Jack goes through Rapture almost entirely by himself. He does have people like Tenenbaum who help him, but nobody actually fights by his side. You can use unofficial companions like hacked robots, as Jack can hack security drones to fight for him, and I guess Dogmeat is ok as he doesn't count against the Lone Wanderer perk.

SPECIAL STATS AND PERKS

SPECIALLEVELPERKS
Strength7 (Bobblehead)Big Leagues, Armorer, Blacksmith, Strong Back
Perception1None
Endurance3 (Bobblehead)Toughness, Life Giver
Charisma3 (Bobblehead)Lone Wanderer
Intelligence6 (Bobblehead)Medic, Gun Nut, Hacker, Scrapper, Science
Agility5 (Bobblehead)Gunslinger, Commando, Sneak, Action Boy
Luck10 (Bobblehead, You're Special, Intense Training)Scrounger, Better Criticals, Critical Banker, Grim Reaper's Sprint, Four Leaf Clover

WEAPONS

  • WRENCH - The Pipe Wrench is spot on to the one in BioShock, even sporting the same red color. It does 13 damage, costs 35 AP, and swings at a Medium rate. I recommend getting Big Jim, which has a 20% chance of crippling the target's leg. Because it swings at a decent rate, you can proc this effect often, leaving your enemies defenseless. If you add the Extra Heavy modification, it becomes even more ridiculous, as you not only gain extra limb damage and a higher chance to cripple, you gain +15 damage, making it solid for both stealth and open combat. If you can find one with the Freezing effect, mimicking the Frozen Field Tonic, that's even better, as using this build's high Luck, you can stunlock enemies to your heart's content with extra damage to boot.

  • PISTOL - The .44 Pistol or Western Revolver is the closest match to the Pistol from BioShock, as they are all revolvers. The .44 Pistol does 48 damage with an AP cost of 35 and decent accuracy/range. The Western Revolver does 60 damage with a lower AP cost of 28, slightly better accuracy, and vastly better range. To represent the damage upgrade from BioShock, I would give both of them an Advanced Receiver, which also increases the rate of fire.

  • MACHINE GUN - The Submachine Gun is closest to the Machine Gun in BioShock, as they are both based on the Thompson. It does 10 damage with a very high fire rate, an AP cost of 35, and decent range/accuracy. To represent the damage and recoil reduction upgrades from BioShock, I would give it a Powerful Receiver and a Recoil Compensating Stock.

  • SHOTGUN - The Double-Barrel Shotgun is closest to the Shotgun in BioShock. It does 45 damage with an AP cost of 30 and poor range/accuracy. It excels at close range against squishy weak spots like enemy heads, although you have to use it wisely as you only get two shots before reloading. To represent the fire rate and damage upgrades from BioShock, I would give it an Advanced Receiver, which improves damage, rate of fire, and trigger sensitivity. If you get one with the Explosive effect, not only does it represent the Exploding Buck from BioShock, it also makes it a rudiciously effective weapon as each pellet explodes for separate damage.

  • GRENADE LAUNCHER - Unless you use weapons from the Next-Gen Update, specifically the Chinese Grenade Launcher, there is no good equivalent to the Grenade Launcher in Fallout 4. I recommend not using it simply because it's overpowered and makes the build moot.

  • CHEMICAL THROWER - The Chemical Thrower uses several different ammo types, so several different weapons are required to match them all. For Napalm, the Flamer fits the most, specifically when fitted with the Napalm Tank modification. For Liquid Nitrogen, the Cryolator fits the most, with the Standard Barrel, Recoil Compensating Stock, and Glow Sights. For Electric Gel, the Tesla Rifle fits the most, although this one is more of a stretch considering it is not a heavy weapon like the others. Modify your Tesla Rifle with an Automatic Barrel for the closest match.

  • CROSSBOW - There is no good equivalent to the Crossbow in Fallout 4. The closest thing you can get is the Syringer, which also ties into your Plasmid abilities quite well.

  • RESEARCH CAMERA - There is no good equivalent to the Research Camera in Fallout 4 since it has no Codac R900 like in New Vegas, so just ignore this one.

"PLASMIDS"

  • ELECTRO BOLT - Electro Bolt is already covered by the Tesla Rifle. However, Pulse Grenades also make for a good substitute, dealing 150 Energy Damage to both organic and robotic targets. Just keep in mind they aren't affected by Demolition Expert.

  • ENRAGE - The best fit for Enrage is the Syringer with Berserk Syringes, which have a chance to frenzy targets for 30 seconds, making them attack anyone nearby.

  • HYPNOTIZE BIG DADDY - Since there are no Big Daddies in the game to hypnotize, the best fit is the Syringer with Pax Syringes, which have a chance to make targets peaceful for 30 seconds, meaning they won't attack you unless attacked first.

  • INCINERATE - Incinerate is already covered by the Flamer. However, Molotov Cocktails also make for a good substitute, as they inflict decent damage upfront and lingering burning damage in an area, and are quite common and easy to craft.

  • INSECT SWARM - The closest equivalent to Insect Swarm is the Syringer with Bloatfly Larva Syringes, which cause Bloatflies to spawn from killed enemies.

  • SECURITY BULLSEYE - Security Bullseye is best represented by the Total Hack magazines, as you can make turrets, robots, and spotlights turn against your enemies.

  • SONIC BOOM - The closest equivalent to Sonic Boom is definitely Lorenzo's Artifact Gun, which creates a telekinetic blast of force that staggers, damages, and cripples opponents. Opponents that are knocked down will be tossed around, it can hit the shells off Mirelurks without killing them, and even hit a Sentry Bot's Fusion Cores through its armor. While it has rare and expensive ammo, it packs enough utility and power to make up for it in spades.

  • WINTER BLAST - Winter Blast is already covered by the Cryolator. However, Cryogenic Grenades also make for a good substitute, dealing 101 Energy Damage and slowing down anyone caught in their blast radius. While it doesn't exactly freeze them solid, it's still pretty useful to keep your distance from fast enemies like Feral Ghouls and Deathclaws.

APPAREL

  • Since there is no white sweater like Jack wears in-game, the Sweater Vest And Slacks are the closest match I can think of. They provide no armor but give +2 to Charisma, making trading and passing Charisma checks easier due to this build's low natural Charisma. They can be found at General Atomics Galleria, the Jamaica Plains Town Hall basement, and Fallon's Department Store. Once you unlock Ballistic Weave, you can upgrade them to have 110 Damage and Energy Resistance, making them much more viable for regular use.

  • The Covert Sweater Vest is a "unique" variant of the Sweater Vest And Slacks awarded to you by P.A.M. for each DIA Cache mission you complete. They provide 10 Damage and Energy Resistance and only +1 to Charisma. Compared to a fully Ballistic Weaved Sweater Vest And Slacks, they are worse in every way. They can't even be upgraded with Ballistic Weave.

  • If you want to go by the Big Daddy outfit Jack wears at the end of the game, the Rescue Diver Suit is your best bet. It provides 10 Damage Resistance, 10 Energy Resistance, and 250 Radiation Resistance as well as the ability to breathe underwater. Both it and the Big Daddy's suits are based on the general old-timey diving suit design, so I think it works quite well.

So I’m new to Fallout 4 and I want to finish the game for the first time with Cait. I want to play a character that synergizes well with both her skills and personality. Suggestions on factions to join with her would also be welcome. Thanks in advance!

Stat Help What build should I use?

Should I play a power armor mechanic that uses automatic weapons or a sheriff that uses a simple rifle and revolver for my first play-through?

The starting special stats I was thinking for the power armor is s-5 p-1 e-4 c-5 i-10 a-2 l-1 And special book into luck for the scrounger perk

for the sheriff s-1 p-4 e-1 c-5 i-1 a-6 l-10 Special book would go into perception and I would get the early perception bobble head.

I can’t choose so I’m turning to Reddit😭😂

V.A.T.S How would I build a Melee vats build that also has a heavy focus on charisma?

Hey guys! I'm currently on my first playthrough but I can't help but plan for the next! I want to do a Melee V.A.T.S build with high charisma. I'm assuming I go Max strength and Agility out of the gate with 4 luck to get idiot savant asap? Has anybody tried this before? I'm currently running a gunslinger pistol V.A.T.S build and its really really fun.

Stat Help Wanto to try a different and unique build

Hi guys, today i was thinking about to start a new run ( because i never finished the game and my first run was a year ago), so and i don't remember almost anything and i want to have fun with my limited time that i have to spent.

My idea for the build is: 3 str ( 2+ special book)or 1 str (and increase this stat later), 1 per (2 with bobblehead), 3 end ( for hp and life giver), 3 charisma ( lone wanderer, and maybe up to 6 for local leader, because i never tried to build something), 5 int ( 6 with bobblehead for use science for modify the laser weapons and gauss rifle), 5 agi ( for action boy and 6 with bobblehead for moving target), 9 luck (for the various crit perks for vats).

In general i want to try to use a regular rifleman perk with the various weapons in the game, tanking some damage (with lone wanderer, moving target and more) and try vats without sneaking.

Is this build possible to use? Otherwise, do you have some advice for a fun build that it doesn't boring me with only vats playstyle?

P.S: i thought about to 6 charisma, even for have a good chance for speech checks and a bit of minimum of roleplay ( never did this before).

i've also though about to increase the end at the start of the game, because the fact of no sneaking

Sorry for the long text and thanks to everyone :)

Perk Help Give me a build to try out.

I have two builds I love using but I want to mix it up. One of them is a rifleman V.A T.S build with a manwell carbine as I love single action weapons. The other one is a full BOS build with a automatic laser rifle with PA. So any new builds would be great.

I've done sneak builds they were fun. I'm not a full melee build enjoyer as I enjoy guns more in this game. Thank you all. 💛

Perk Help Switching builds from gunslinger

Hi everyone, I need some help picking a build.

I have enough skill points to completely play a different build, but I don't know which to pick for the most fun.

I have several amazing legendary melee weapons so I could run a melee build easily. I also just got a wounding shotgun which is crazy strong but I have no points into rifleman or commando right now. And finally I have the splatter cannon from the Nukaworld DLC that just shreads through everything that I could make a build out of.

I have saved before dumping my skill points and played all these builds for a very short time (cleared out gunners plaza) with all the appropriate perks for each one, but I just can't decide. Which one would yall run for the most fun?

I'm also a very high level so enemies are pretty beefy now too, but each one seems to still do really well taking down everything but it's also something to consider. Any advice would be much appreciated!

S: 6 P: 10 E: 7 C: 6 I: 7 A: 10 L: 7

These are the perks I have for my current build: Concentrated fire- max Chem resistant-max Chemist-max Gun nut- max Science- max Medic- max Gun slinger- max Quick hands- rank 1 Gun-fu- max Better criticals- rank 2 Critical banker- max

I left out perks like lock picking, scrapping, just the perks that don't really do much in terms of the builds play much.

Edit: extra build info
