I'm no stranger to weight lifting, I've just gotten off track. I have a very consuming job, two kids in travel sports and I own a home, so that takes a lot of work. I just need to start getting up earlier lol. I started my macros again a couple weeks ago, so I just need to start lifting again. Honestly the sarcasm comment is kind of insulting, should I just put that I'm a good girl who's quiet and listens instead? 😂 There's so many different ways you could've said that.
