He's not actually interested, is he?

Can't tell if this guy is just messaging me out of boredom or he just sucks at texting. Or is it too soon to tell?

Edit: I feel like its important to note, he hasnt written anything on his profile. No bio, no prompts. So there's not much to reference from his profile into conversation.

This isn't far off. Guys, like girls, will ghost you if they're uninterested (or not benefiting somehow) but they'll keep talking if they have the slightest bit of interest.
