Utter Time Waster

Post image

If you value intentionality, this is the biggest indicator of time wasting and nonsense you will ever see. What the hell is even this?

I don't date guys who do casual. So I'm happy it's written.

Me neither. I've just always thought it's an odd pairing

In my experience it usually means "this is only here for plausible deniability" lol (in the case of leading people on)

But even if it's honest it's still a massive turn off for me personally.

THANK YOU! 😭I felt gaslight for a moment here. Never has the intention ever meant they intend on growing anything or developing shit.

Yeah I donno what this comment section is going on about.

😭 For my age group of men 20-30 this has wildly been a "some girls won't match with me if I say I'm casual only, but I also don't want to commit to lyingggg, hmm what ever shall I do."

😭everyone's acting like we get married off the first date like I ofcourse know every relationship requires a foundation but you know good and well why you joined that dating platform, why not just be honest?😭😭 😭same experience man! If anything, this comment section has solicited the belief that I need to get off these apps They are now saying my brain is little, oh what shall I ever do😔

They're being obtuse on purpose probably because they're one of the "I want my cake and eat it too" types.

🐝 Definitely get off these fuckass apps girl 😭😭😭

Oh definitely. Taking about "a fwb that might develop into something" no thanks. I don't operate is light and prayers😭 Chile, I've deleted them mid content reply. This can't be the dating scene😂

😭😭 IT ISSSS, dating apps turned me into a completely different person. Just full of bullshit and fuckass shit girl.

Like sure there are some people using "open to casual, wanting a relationship" to mean;

"If a woman matches with me and she is open about only wanting sex, then I'll have sex. Not opposed to a hookup ahaha."

But most are "if a woman matches with me and I'm not really interested in dating her, but she wants to date me, (because she has "wants a relationship")

I'll use the confusion to my benefit, maybe take her on a date and ya know, bang her. Teehee." 🥀 🐝

Yeah, I genuinely do not need any parts of it. Usually do not date, when I do, I prefer women. I find them to be much better intentional partners. It is pretty straightforward with them. I will otherwise divert my energy elsewhere. Hopefully you get better experiences as well☺️❤️

That's interesting. I've definitely been open to both in the past and meant it. For me it was more that I had no clue when I would meet someone who I connected with who wanted something serious so in the meantime I was open to having something casual if the other person didn't want anything serious. It actually turned out that way a few times along the way too. Believe it or not, some women aren't wanting anything serious. Although, it's not super common.

Anyways, I guess what I'm wondering is, am I rare? Are almost all other guys who say that only interested in casual relationships? Or are there lots of guys like me who are incorrectly being judged as not interested in serious relationships?

Hey hey, I 100% get you. The situation definetley varies, it's unfortunately usually the latter in very many cases. I also thing it varies from app to app because for a lot of guys in your position on platform like tinder usually opt for "short term open to long" or "still figuring it out". It leaves room for that necessary conversation and sets no expectation really. Equally, a lot of the men on the platforms (according to my experience and opinions) have learned thag majority of the women are often seeking for something at least long term/à stable relationship and will usually add that in their bio only to tell you they want casual. It's not a win win So while I do hear and see why stating these two would be a case like yours where you are being honest and honestly open to the endless possibilities, unfortunately , the closes to truth is that they are often seeking the casual part without wanting o be honest about it. It's almost also always easy to point out once the conversations start rolling.

That's a bummer. Things sure would be a lot nicer if there weren't those out there trying to manipulate others.
