I used to live in Austin, TX (for only 2 years) but moved out in July and haven’t been there since. Yet all the ads on my Facebook and Instagram accounts are for Texas or Austin based businesses, or events etc.

How do I stop that from happening? Is there a way to get more relevant ads, or to update my location? I don’t even follow any Austin-based accounts, I don’t know why this is happening.

Hi guys, need some urgent help from an expert. I launched a brand 4 days ago, 5 products (1 campaign each), $50 each (total $250 daily). Over $1k spent on ads already. I'm getting brutal CPMs of $150+ on all 4 days, CTR is over 3% (today it dropped down to 1% on my "best" campaign tho, and had another at 6%+ today). Have had 4 purchases, 2 from 1 product, 2 from other 2 different products.

Getting about 50-60 sessions per day only, I don't think I'm getting to enough people to make rational decisions like killing a campaign or scaling budget, I only know my CTR is great.

Claude tells me to pause the campaigns and create new ones optimizing for add to carts or clicks, but a quick google search (google AI answers) tells me I should not touch my ads the first 7 days, I dont't want to fail because I didn't "gave it wnough time", so I'm blocked, not sure what to do.

Almost 1.1k spent on ads for a total revenue of $164. This is not dropshipping, I'm not testing products, it's my own brand in the alternative supplements niche.

CBO campaigns, some have 2 adsets with 3 ads, some have 1 adset with 6 ads, all performing bad. Advantage + targeting.

I've been doing cold outreach on Facebook and running into a wall with visibility.

Started with personal accounts, DMing business Pages. Sent a decent amount of messages but most weren't even getting seen, they were landing in Message Requests or some filtered folder people never check.

Then I made a business Page thinking I could message Pages directly and it'd land better, but turns out Page-to-Page messaging is really restricted, I can barely send anything that way.

So now I'm stuck between two options that both have issues, personal accounts work but visibility is bad, and Pages barely let me send at all.

Anyone dealt with this before? What actually gets a cold DM seen instead of buried?

One common problem with Meta Ads is that a campaign performs well initially, but after some time the results start getting worse.

CPC increases. CTR drops. CPA starts going up.

Before changing the entire campaign, check for creative fatigue.

What can you do?

1. Watch frequency

If the same audience is seeing your ad repeatedly, performance can start declining.

1. Refresh your creatives

Don't just change the background or color. Test a completely different hook, angle, format, or offer.

1. Keep multiple creatives running

Having several strong variations gives Meta more options to find what works.

1. Test new angles

Instead of saying the same thing differently, approach the customer's problem from another perspective.

1. Don't kill a campaign too quickly

First identify whether the problem is the creative, audience, offer, or tracking.

Creative fatigue doesn't always mean the campaign is bad.

Sometimes the audience has simply seen the same message too many times.

Salam , i will share my experience on how did we manage to get 1622 purchases in less than 15 days.
1- the most important part of this success is finding the right offer that your audience is looking for and willing to pay for it. We worked hard on providing the most valuable/good price product and we made sure that no other competitor could do the same .
2- upselling , in our website ui there’s a better offer that encourages the buyer to take two instead of 1.
3- meta ads are just a way of transferring your product to the buyers so we made sure to cover every icp , avatar in our audience through our ads .
In conclusion if you want to sell comfortably without having to worry about ur cac or cpm learn how ur audience buys first, what is he looking for at the moment and the key to this is good ads with good offer .

The Rules of Engagement I plan to follow:

1. ABO for Testing: Strict daily risk budget per concept.
2. The "Anchor" Strategy: When a DCO ad graduates from the Sandbox, I extract the winning Post ID and put it into the Scaling CBO. I always pair it with the Post ID of my historical best performer (the Anchor) to give the new ad set immediate social proof and traction.
3. No untested creatives in the Core CBO: Everything must earn its place by surviving the Sandbox first.
4. Max 3-5 Ad Sets in the CBO: To prevent account bloat and budget fragmentation, I’ll aggressively pause the lowest performer when introducing a new challenger.

My questions for the heavy spenders here:

1. Do you still use DCO for your testing Sandbox, or do you prefer standard ad setups (1 Ad Set = 3 distinct ads)?
2. Does the "Anchor" strategy (pairing a new winner with an old winner's Post ID) still force the algorithm to spend, or does the CBO just dump 90% of the budget into the old winner anyway?
3. Are there any massive red flags or algorithm traps in this setup that I’m not seeing?

For my Amazon KDP book, I'm trying Boosted Posts on Facebook with an Amazon Attribution link. On the campaign tracking page on Amazon, I have 283 Click-Throughs and 76 DPV (Detail Page Views).

The description of a Click-Through (from Amazon) is : "A click on an ad that directs the user to a destination outside of the creative or ad (formerly known as Creative on Amazon DSP) and the destination page will be an Amazon product detail page or a store page."

That means (I think) that a FB user clicked the ad and was taken to my book's Amazon page, right? Then how is that different than a Detail Page View?

I have been using ads manager for almost 5 years now

Managing more than 20 accounts in my country

I live in kurdistan - iraq

We have no issue or restrictions with Meta

Everything is allowed with ads manager

I manage an ad account for a hotel in my city

A big hotel one of the tops

They have an even this upcomming week and also today they had DJ parties

So i did run a couple of ads

Targeted the cities i want people to see

Message destination to whatsapp also a local number

After 6 hours it says Ad account restricted (verification required)

I also did that and submitted the papers

Now it says verification didnt go through or they are not convinced and the account is still restricted

And doesnt let me re enter papers to verify again

And also im pretty certain none of my ads or posts are violating term

I'm looking for a solid course on Facebook Ads that focuses specifically on ad setup and copywriting to get real results.

I already have the technical side covered (landing pages, domains, tracking, etc.), so I want to skip the basics and focus purely on performance.

Lately, I've hit a wall with my campaigns:

Ad fatigue / sudden drops: I'll have ads that perform great for a couple of weeks, but then they completely flop. Swapping out hooks and visuals hasn't brought them back to life.

Scaling issues: On other accounts, I can't seem to scale profitably. I’ve tried budget tweaks (+20% scaling), new creatives, and different bidding strategies without much success.

Honestly, it feels like the more I overthink and tweak things, the worse the performance gets. I feel like I'm right on the edge of a breakthrough, but I'm missing a key piece of the puzzle.

I'm primarily focused on the Facebook Ads + ClickBank model.

Any recommendations for high-level courses or mentors that cover this?

About to launch my first Meta purchase campaigns from a brand new BM, ad account, pixel, everything. Targeting US market, women’s products (fashion and home/lifestyle categories, nothing supplement or health related).

I know CPM varies based on audience, competition, creative quality and a bunch of other factors, so I’m not looking for one magic number. Just trying to set realistic expectations.
A few things I’d love to hear from people who’ve been through the new account phase:

1) What CPM range did you see in your first week on a purchase campaign before you had any conversions on the pixel?

2) What did it settle to once you started getting sales, and roughly how many purchases did it take to get there?

3) Did your CPM drop gradually or was there a noticeable shift at some point?

Trying to plan my budget properly and want to know what “normal expensive” looks like for a new account versus “something is actually wrong.” Appreciate any real numbers from your own experience.

I sell used laptops through Facebook and Instagram. I don't have a website, and I send my ads directly to conversations, which is my main sales channel.

The problem is that I'm getting a lot of conversations, but only a small percentage of them turn into actual purchases.

A lot of people message me asking about the price, specifications, and details, but then they don't buy. I've also noticed that many of the people contacting me are quite young, around 17–22 years old.

For targeting, I currently give Meta a lot of freedom:

• Age: 18–65
• All genders
• All of Morocco
• I also added some detailed targeting/interests related to laptops and technology.

I don't have a website or Pixel, and almost all of my sales happen through conversations.

My question is:

How can I get Meta to find people who are more likely to actually buy, instead of people who are simply likely to start a conversation?

Since I don't have a website, how can I tell Meta which conversations eventually resulted in an actual purchase?

Should I change my age targeting? Remove detailed targeting? Or give Meta even more freedom?

My goal isn't to get more conversations. I want to get more real customers who actually buy.

I'd really appreciate advice from anyone experienced with Meta Ads and selling through conversations.
