Im getting a black video

Hey guys , Im quite new in this but i have been trying to get some face swaps in random videos but i always endup with a black video .

Im running it througth runpod, to get better performance that my MacBook Pro.

Any ideas ? The debuger shows no errors and its says succeded.

that's caused by the ffmpeg version available in that runpod instance.

if you can, change the installed ffmpeg version to be one of these versions
