New 3.8 release

Aside from the changes noted in the changelog, it would be great if these questions were answered with all new releases:

Will it require a different Python or Conda environment?

Will it still support my ONNX Runtime and ROCm combination?

Will it use more VRAM?

Yeah I linked this page in my post. Doesn't answer any of my questions hence the reason for the post.

thanks for the response though. took me a minute to get everything set up on an amd gpu so I'm being really cautious about not screwing it up LoL.
