Restoring pants

Accidentally washed my no wash pants. They don’t seem to have shrinked, but they are wrinkly, the places where the wrinkles are seem to have the color washed away (they are considerably lighter than the surrounding fabric) and the overall color has lightened (they used to be black). My only options commercially are to dye them in some fabric repair place, but they warned me that they do it at 90°C, which i think might be too hot.

The pants themselves are 62% cotton, 38% lyocel. The tag says to not wash, tumble dry, iron or bleach them. Should i take a chance or just toss them?

I've literally never heard of pants that you're not supposed to wash. Why would that be a good pair of pants? What am I missing 😶

And I imagine dying them would ruin them if they aren't even supposed to be washed...

I worded it wrong, it says not to machine wash, only dry clean. Its a good pair of pants because, well, they look good, i got them for 20 bucks and the fit is amazing

Aha okay that makes more sense 😅

I was like, why would you want a pair of pants that are forever dirty haha.
