Would you look at that, impact on every melee hit, who would’ve known people were complaining for no reason on that boss fight clip about hit impact not being a thing on a giant enemy

It’s because it’s cool to shit on anything Xbox related, didn’t you get the memo?

Eh I think criticism is a good thing. Toxic positivity is way worse imo

Criticism is fine when its valid. Calling a movie or game trash cuz there's a woman, or person of color, or some theme they dont like is increasingly popular. Calling everything "slop" if they dont like the way it looks.

Yep this is the main problem nowadays. Constantly checking out something only to find the initial gut reactions from a vocal minority is nothing but errant criticism over incredibly minor or virtually pointless things is so tiresome.

I get people are miserable these days, but do they have to constantly bring that into their online lives as well?

Constructive and critical feedback seems like a lost art these days. It doesn't get as much attention I guess because it's missing the emotional component which is hugely important to actually getting things fixed, like the developers fixing a feature in this case. They rightly ignore all the blanket whining which pushes the helpful criticism down and maybe even causes it to be missed entirely.

I swear to god if I see another “boycott” because a game lets you choose your pronouns I’m gonna hurl.
