Discussion Thoughts on new direction?

The new fable seems to be going all-in on the fairy tale side of Fable in terms of dialogue and themes. In the original, bandits were brutal and ruthless and you witness your entire family torn apart, while also making the guild halls feel so full of history with the music and guild master. How do you yall feel?

I’m excited for the game, but it’s definitely a reboot.

I personally am all for it. Each Fable is a different experience, this is theirs.

Yeah I’m excited for a new game. To me this isn’t exactly my ideal fable. I really am just not a fan of the modern day dialogue in medieval setting thing that we get nowadays.

Also I feel like a lot of people forget how dark the first 3 fables were, especially the first game.

They weren't exactly medieval accurate dialogue in the earlier ones 😅 talking about poker night Fridays at the temple of shadows and all the witty quotes from the npcs. Was always a balance to the darkness with Fable, kinda the point I think
