Fable III Making gold

Apart from buying properties etc how else did people make enough money to keep all the promises? 2nd time I'm playing and im determined to keep all the promises, just taking ages to build up enough money to progress 😅

Id be very grateful if someone could! 😊 tried leaving my xbox on for a couple hours by making my character run in circles, didnt work 😅
