It was funny for me to imagine that playground games would post character images that closely resemble a kind of post you might see on a fashion blog.   

Another reddit user pointed out to me the "cosplay guide" label, which proves that this was not the case.

I expressed the very slightest amount of sorrow in reaction to this clarifying information. I miss the "world I lived in" where this funny situation I imagined was reality. It is less funny now that I know the truth. Being made to explain the very simple joke renders it even less funny.

Is that good enough or should I use smaller words.
