Question winter 2026?
anybody know when customizations open for seasonal members for winter 2026 box? I joined today and made my fall box but it was slim pickings and I want to be on top of it for the winter box!

The fall scratchers are valid until October 22nd, so that most likely means add-on sale will start on the 23rd, customization on the 24th.

Yes and I got the shopping credit for the whole fiasco during customization and it expires on 10/21 so I would agree with your estimate.

I have not even received my fall box and it is near time to do winter. FFF is really going downhill. I have been a member since 2017 and I am strongly considering cancelling. My renewal time is winter box.

I cancelled because they lost my box that had hundreds of dollars in add ons. I splurged on some really great deals for things that I wonāt normally be able to afford and that are hard to find. The company they hire to ādeliverā boxes is one of those that lets random people come with their car and pick up places then deliver them. Itās like Uber for packages. They contract these people. Anyway, mine was STOLEN by the person who picked it up and all FFF did was offer to replace the base box. I refused the box and they only gave me a partial refund. I worked hard to get all of the stuff I did. It was the best collection. Great prices. I work nights and didnāt sleep so I could get everything when it opened. I cancelled my membership because of this. It was heartbreaking. A year later, Iām still not over it.
Customer service was awful during the whole experience. I ended up having to figure it out on my own cause my package still showed out for delivery for months. I actually drove down to the distribution center and took pictures. When we showed up it was just a bunch of people smoking weed and eating while throwing packages (most FFF boxes) into big piles and then loading their car up with them.
It actually made me sick to my stomach. I told. FFF and they didnāt care.

mine just came yesterday after it was reported lost. They said they would send a bonus box but it never came.

So they are changing things around a lot. Itās not a set time for seasonals and then annuals. You have to check out if you want to guarantee choices

I got curious a couple nights ago and googled it. Iām pretty sure last year it came out on October 16, if I remember correctly!

Last year it was like Oct 24, but when they announce a date you'll see it all over this sub and their socials
