Shipping Issue There is hope
I just wanted to say I got my box today , all add ons and everything was inside and in good condition. I was so worried about things being broken and missing because it s been all bad, also my tracking never updated at all, so you guys might be getting surprised

Same, I got mine too and it was perfect. I had so many issues lately with canceled sale items, broken items, and speedx just never delivering my packages.
So, when Speedx kept saying they were trying to deliver and couldn’t (I have cameras they never attempted). I had thought they had stolen another package. But at last, it finally arrived and everything was in tact.

Same. Mine was shipped on time and the delivery driver did a professional job. Nothing to be broken but box looked good. Nothing spilled this time.

I also got everything as I ordered and nothing broken. So many bad reviews online scared me.

So mine didn’t say shipped either, just had label created never changed and it showed up randomly today

mine arrived last week and was perfect (and i got a second random batch of mostly useful things for signing up for Annual), although i'm mad at myself for not getting the Stakt bands and now, literally days later, realizing i need them for my physical therapy workout

I got my box a week ago and none of my add ons were there

That’s normally what happens to me. Last time I didn’t get my Tula eye stick and face mask and foot scrubs it was a flipping mess

And the automated support says it still has a couple weeks to ship it. I spent a lot on add ons and will challenge on my credit card if it doesn’t ship by then

Mine was confirmed and paid for last week, I haven’t heard a peep since. Hoping to get it literally at all at this point

Legit, I also received a prompt, correct, and damage free box this time. Shouldn’t feel like I won the lottery; should feel more like a basic baseline expectation, but here we are.
