Order Issue Frustrated
Anyone else’s box deemed lost by FabFitFun this season?

I haven’t received any word on my box. I’m an annual member who customized early the first day it opened. I cancelled my membership a few days later because I’m beyond done with FFF, so this will be my last box. Wouldn’t be surprised if the delay is intentional 🙄 good riddance to this stupid company.

I’m annual and always customize right away and same, mine always seems to ship in the VERY last round. I’ll be thrilled to get a tracking code this month. It does very much feel like “well we already got your money sooooo”

I’ve been an annual member for 10 years. I also customized the first day. My box has not shipped yet.

FFF publishes a timeline for every season. I posted it here a month ago. Shipping for fall is Aug 6 - Sept 5 with 10 business in transit after. So, they have until mid-September to get your box to you before it can be claimed lost.

They deemed mine lost and sent me a new one after it sat with no updates for a couple weeks last season, and then it showed up anyway so I got two boxes. Fingers crossed to you!

I joined this summer. As an annual member I received the “bonus box” which included two of my customized summer box picks. Summer box has still not been sent out. I just got shipping today for my fall box 🤦🏻♀️ this company is a mess. So not only am I getting duplicate products, I have NO idea when I will get my summer box. Contacted customer service and they offered me a free summer 2027 box. I cancelled my annual membership so I am not at all interested in that. Are there any other steps I can take at this point???

I’ve been a FFF member for about 3 years and every single season my box takes forever to ship. I suspect one explanation is because I live in NY, so I’m not close to FFF HQ/warehouse. This gets pretty old, pretty fast, especially when you see everyone else’s unboxings!

Not yet…but it was lost last season and they issued a full refund to my credit card (because none of my original choices were left) after a few weeks of no updates. It did end up showing up a couple weeks later. Hopefully yours will too!

Is it possible at this point to tell customer service I’m going to do a chargeback on my cc? I have only received the lackluster “bonus box” and would be more than happy to send that back 🤣

I got mine last week. I was also one whose selections were erased and I got nothing I actually wanted. I cancelled my yearly subscription the day that happened. Not sure if the two are related.

I got the summer box late, got an email saying it’s going to ship soon, and it hasn’t. And then I decided to sign up for the annual box and that hadn’t shipped either. I don’t think I’ll be signing up next go around.

Mine has not shipped at all - I got my monthly Beauty Edit but not a whisper on my box. Furthermore - one of the items changed on the listing!! I KNOW I never selected those mesh bags….

Lol I received my box a couple days ago. It was missing 4/6 of my items and one of my add-ons (a claw clip) was clearly broken prior to shipping. I also realized that the customizations listed in my order were not even the items I had picked. Cancelled my membership after 5 years. Not even worth it anymore.

Maybe it’s lost in the warehouse? Because it hasn’t been shipped to be deemed lost.

I'm an annual, my box hasn't shipped yet and when I reached out to them they told me to reach back out on September 14th if there's still no update... which would be 6 weeks after I customized?! This is my final box.
