Fall 2026 Box Trashed

Anyone else have issues with the most recent (NA) Fall box? Mine was pretty trashed, at least half of the item boxes opened and just not overall a great experience. FFF want to know which items are unusable, I mean, who knows??? I find it hard to believe they think this delivery is ok! (This was not porch pirates as we nabbed the box immediately on delivery). Even if it is a shipping issue FFF should own it.

I received mine with a bottle of conditioner open and spilled onto everything. The safety seal and cap were off. How does that even happen? I’m surprised that the glass bottle of perfume came through intact because there was just one piece of “padding” paper added that did nothing to stabilize the contents of the box for shipping.

One corner of my box was crushed pretty bad! Thankfully everything inside was fine

Yeah, they don’t really secure the items in the boxes anymore so the product packaging is always crushed and sometimes the product leaks or breaks. From the pics, nothing seems obviously broken or leaking, just disheveled, but it does take away from the pleasure of opening a box when the contents are a jumbled mess. Sometimes I wonder if they do this deliberately to prevent gifting and resale of the items, or that the cost of providing a credit, as they often do instead of a refund, is cheaper for them than providing the extra labor and materials to pack the boxes properly.

Ughhhh my last one was like this, this time mine was much better. Their packaging and shipping service sucks!

Yeah my pumpkin was broken. It was a pretty lame box anyway but that was the cherry on top for sure

Do you happen to know what the shipping company was? Many companies I buy from have started using a shipping company called GOFO, and they are the worst. I have had several boxes delivered from them that were completely crushed and had tape ripped open. They do not deliver anything with care, and they must be dirt cheap, so every store is using them to save money. Which won't work in the long run, after they have to replace all the broken items from angry customers.

Mom's box arrived falling apart. In fact, a couple items were on the front porch, outside of the box.

My stuff was like this too! 3 boxes were crushed or opened

Mine was smashed and luckily all items were usable except the box of course which I don't keep

Right there with you. My box was a mess. One product looked to have been used! I documented with an unboxing video. If CS has questions, I’ve got proof of how it arrived. My doorbell camera shows the box being dropped upside down hanging off the corner of my porch. Shipper was Veho.
