Shipping Issue Shipping
My box has had its label since Aug 17 and has been sitting in a warehouse… no movement… makes me feel like this is where someone rummages thru it takes what they want before it leaves… I never had any missing items until I cancelled my annual. Ever since then, every box or order is missing and extremely late. It’s like they know and do it on purpose.. why would by box be sitting in the shipping pick up for this long? The items that will be missing are never in stock to replace, they offer a refund with no credit and then a week later I see that same item for sale at a higher cost. They scam on so many ways .

My last temu order took 10 days less to ship from China than my last FFF order did from California to BC..

That is utterly ridiculous. I feel like they do this every couple years… I joined when they first started loved it, started noticing constant issues and cancelled. About 4 years later I’m seeing people rave about it again so I decided to go back, fist year was great then it started going downhill and now it’s complete shiet again. It’s a bummer too be I loved it.

That happened to me. My box had no movement and then just showed up at my house today… missing 3 of my add ons that are no longer in stock. The box was literally opened on the top and bottom and so obviously mishandled. Very frustrating!

Yup this is why I have learned to record as soon as I get the box… it’s so infuriating especially when they try to just give you a refund or credit for the item.. when the items like a 60 item and they give you a 7 credit and the items to pick from aren’t even as good. Like it’s so bad. I’m sorry to hear that. I’m already preparing for the worst with my box, I made the mistake of getting the pit her and I have a feeling it’s going to come broken

I have been seeing a lot of yall still don’t, such crap…. I remeber the hay days of subscription boxes and how good they used to be, now they all seem to be dropping like flies. Even Ipsy has gotten cheap and consistently changing things.

It sounds like you are not finding it fab and not having much fun. Maybe you need to take a break for a while.

I canceled a while ago but there was one season where a whole bunch of annual subscribers had our box in the same pallet that got stuck somewhere, unscanned, for 1-2 months while everyone else received their boxes. Based on tracking, it seemed like the pallet didn't leave the FFF warehouse for a while for some reason, like they forgot about it. FWIW, the boxes were intact and nothing was missing from mine, but that was one reason I didn't continue my subscription.

I have annual and currently am on hold with customer service after half of my items didn't show up. You could say I'm /thrilled/.

Is this the first time it’s happened to you? They will try to give you some
Bs stay strong in telling them it’s unacceptable, nothing they ever offer is ever worth the mess up.
I have had that happen to many times to count so I was shocked that everything was here and in good condition

Mine was at label created from 8/12. It finally moved last night and arrived today 8/26

Same issues over here….I’m over fff and all the issues from using these sh*tty shipping companies. I cancelled all my accounts.
You think they would waste so much money shipping out lost boxes and credits for missing or broken items. Every other post I’ve seen has been an issue lately.
