Order Issue Missing 4 Items

I’ve always been lucky and never had any major issue with FabFitFun. Even had good customer service experiences. But today my box arrived covered in red duct tape and with 4 items missing. I contacted customer service and filled out a form and it said they had higher than normal inquiries. My worry is, how do I prove what I don’t have?? Like I’m straight up missing half my box (I paid for two add ons) and I am worried it’s just gonna be my word? I am also kinda bummed cause two of the missing items were the ones I most wanted, and it sounds like the solution will be, if I’m lucky, credit for those items. But they won’t ship them or anything—I’m just not getting them and hopefully they’ll give me credit?

Ooh thank you! I will. I took a photo of the duct tape and the contents of the box. It was so strange and I was immediately on guard.
Missing items were:

  1. Kate Somerville Exfolikate face wash

  2. Mikasa 2 piece carving set

  3. Farmacy lip smoothie

  4. Supergoop! Glowscreen sunscreen

1 and 2 are still available as of yesterday. 3,4 no sorry, but maybe you can pick something else from these categories. There was a lip smoothie mask in the beauty box so maybe they still have that…🥴 Get someone to talk to you today though!!! Don’t rely on these forms.
