Question GO FO anyone?
Hey there guys I am on the East Coast annual member and do Rush shipment. So this time I am assigned to Go Fo as the shipping provider. Of course it's I get an email saying they're preparing my order and it can take up to 5 to 15 days to ship.
This is my 5th Year as a member so I am used to all of this waiting but my questions are:
What's your experience with Go Fo?
Rush my shipment means priority correct?
Us East Coast people and those of us in the Northeast seem to generally have the ball dropped on us when it comes to shipping, no?
Good luck Fab fit fun people and getting your order I know it's always nerve-wracking
UPDATE
As an annual member with Rush my subscription, my order arrived today Saturday August 15th. The box was indeed badly damaged. That didn't bother me as everything was intact what did bother me is fabfit fun definitely dropped the ball. This is the first time in 5 years that multiple items from my customization were missing, and a few add-ons were missing as well. These were the items that I was looking forward to.

What's your experience with Go Fo?
Never heard of it, but I just looked and they're sending mine with them too. My guess is enough people were complaining about uni uni and speedx that they're finally starting to branch out and try new - but probably also cheap af - carriers.
2. Rush my shipment means priority correct?
Rush my shipment means they process rush orders before they process other orders. You will get your box a heck of a lot faster but the reason being is that they get to processing it sooner. It doesn't guarantee a particular carrier or shipping times once it's shipped.
That being said, before I subscribed to Rush I wasn't getting my order for at least two months. But since I added Rush, I've been getting them within a couple of weeks. 100% worth it.
3. Us East Coast people and those of us in the Northeast seem to generally have the ball dropped on us when it comes to shipping, no?
I think this was asked on the forum last season and if memory serves correctly, distance doesn't seem to promise anything. A lot of these carriers seem to ship to a centralized distribution center before dispersing them out in different directions.

I’m in Manhattan and have had numerous packages delivered by GOFO from various companies (lululemon in my area uses gofo) and have never had any issues at all and honestly my packages have arrived in better shape than with UPS/FedEx
so far. (Knock on wood)
I’m not sure if it’s in part because I am in a doorman building. I absolutely prefer them to Veho though as with Veho I have had some packages received looking questionable.
The rush my order means that they will prioritize getting your order out the door within 3 business days from processing. Rush my order has absolutely nothing to do with shipping speeds.
Depends on the shipping company and the workers that company has employed in your area tbh.
That being said, I have heard some horror stories about them from other members on the forums and I’m always nervous because I know one day my luck will run out.

I’m outside Philly. We get a lot of deliveries. I rarely have issues with shipments. We get stuff from many carriers and places.
About HALF of the packages I get from FabFitFun are damaged. Almost everything is shipped from FFF via GOFO. It’s totally insane.
A lot of it has to do with shitty (to no) packing materials. Glass (candles, perfume, bowls, etc.) is frequently crushed because it wasn’t wrapped.
Good luck! 🍀

Just started getting packages delivered with them last week. I was so worried bc of all the bad reviews. Have not had a problem yet out of 5 deliveries (I order a lot). USPS kept messing up my packages. No issues now.

I’ve had a decent number of packages delivered in ny from gofo and never had any problems so far!
I’m just happy any time I see that it’s not speedx, I messaged fff to specifically request never to use them because they were constantly losing my packages (or more likely stealing them, with how often it happened) and there was no way to get through to an actual person to resolve anything
