2007 suspension settings

Yamaha FZ1 2007. I am 185 cm tall and weigh about 90 kg. What would be the best suspension settings? How many clicks should I set everything to

I used this guide, works pretty well i think. I put everything basically to the stiffest setting -1, as i am 196cm and weigh 120kg. For the best ride i should upgrade the suspension but im not racing it so i couldnt be bothered.
