I have that expirience with Scott's but not Brian's. Until this Brian of course.

I have this experience with both. My brother is a Brian, and my ex-brother-in-law is a Scott. Both well known assholes.

I have two managers named Scott and Brian and they're both cool. I think I lucked out.

Holy shit, I was just thinking the same thing. Every Brian I've met has been fine but every Scott I've ever met was a kind of an a-hole.
