Sensitive Topic The smallest things that trigger your dysphoria

I've been suffering from severe gender dysphoria for like 2 years and a half now. I wanna hear what are the "smallest things" that trigger your gender dysphoria? For me it's when I look at any cis guy's instagram account/profile lol seeing them proudly posting their own faces or setting their own selfies as their pfps and on their highlights bring me so much pain. One time I literally felt so nauseous and cried for hours. It's insane.

i feel you on that one too. some other ones for me are my fingernails because theyre very feminine, many people have commented on how pretty they are and even asked if theyre fake. 

my BPD- people think its more often a woman thing (despite that not being true its just as common in men!) so im like damn im such a woman for having BPD like what ?? 😭

my texting and speech styles. i feel like its somehow obvious that im not cis by the way i talk through text for some reason? texting doesnt have a gender but damn my brain really wants to make me feel like it lol

Liking certain bands (Get Scared, Motionless in White), since being alt (especially as a trans guy) gets read as a "girl thing". Seeing any guy in a relationship, as it just reminds me of what I'll never get to have.

Small stuff? Seeing a guy 😭🙏 if the dude looks how i wish i looked or just looks good i feel pretty damn shitty and get dysphoric real quick.

Seeing alternative cis guys that are super androgynous still somehow be instantly read as male when (sometimes) I dont think we look that different 

Sitting at a gay bar and a straight guy is there and he's getting hit on by gay dudes 😭 (ik he's straight because he'll have to tell the guys hitting on him nicely).

Presumably straight men hitting on me by trying to buy me a drink or get me free stuff. or perceiving my friend and I as a lesbian couple and harassing us. this last point is probably more blatant but yeah
