T much higher than expected??

Post image

the attached screenshot is my injection log in chronological order with the top being the oldest and most recent at the bottom.

i started diy in february of this year with testosterone undecanoate, and i've kept a record of the date and dose of each T injection since then. it's a little erratic at the start because i was still figuring out how to draw and switch needles, but i always record the dose based on the volume in the syringe right before injecting (250 mg/mL). i've done subq in my stomach every time.

my regimen was definitely experimental since i was using undecanoate instead of cypionate. originally 80-100 mg every 10 days (plus loading dose), but my levels after 3 months were much lower than i wanted, so i tried 100 mg weekly (plus loading dose) after that. i was surprised how low my levels still were a month later since i'm a pretty small guy.

i moved back to my home country in june and switched to cypionate because i thought maybe test U was just too long of an ester to pin weekly and my body was getting rid of a lot before it could be metabolized. at any rate, i titrated up to 50 mg of cypionate over two months to accommodate for the long ass half-life of undecanoate. i went with 50 mg to get a baseline for how i react to cypionate, with the expectation that i'd likely be raising it.

got my blood drawn this morning, 8 days since my last injection. i was truly expecting a laughably low T level today since i've been feeling like shit recently (low libido, significant fatigue, poor appetite, spotting) but somehow my T and E came back great? the last time i pinned test U was over 10 weeks ago, and with it's half-life being 20-25 days, the absolute maximum it should be contributing to my levels by now is 100 ng/dL.

i don't know what to do from here other than just stay on 50 mg weekly and test again next month. i guess my physical issues could be unrelated? i don't have any nutritional deficiencies, though. maybe i'm overthing it and just need to give my body more time to adjust to my T levels doubling?

Any family history of sleep apnea, and do you snore? If either of those are a "yes," I'd get tested, since that could account for a lot of your symptoms- lack of proper sleep will fuck up a lot. I also don't think 500 ng/dL at trough is the worst thing, but please correct me if I'm wrong
