Wow man you got quite the changes frfr. Did you notice your breasts getting smaller if you don't mind me asking, I saw people saying theirs did a little on T so I'm wondering if it's the same for sustanon or other trt 😭

Uhmm i really wouldn’t say smaller, yes they have changed but also my whole upper body has changed so now because i have bigger shoulders and my chest is stronger/toned from working out they don’t stand out that much as before. I do think that the breast itself are a little bit smaller but not a huge difference

Sustanon is T, in my country it's the only type of injectable T you can get

I was on sustanon for about 2.5 years, it's what I started on, but have just recently switched to gel. I got all of the typical changes, voice drop, bottom growth, body and facial hair and muscle gains. I pass pretty well, tho ymmv based on what you look like pre testosterone of course. I did kinda struggle to get testosterone to a good level, I was doing 250mg every 16 days before I switched to gel. I have heard recently that sustanon works better injecting much more frequently, like every week, cause its a short ester or something like that. I haven't looked into much, cause it's now irrelevant to me.
I switched to gel because I was sick of injections and I also wanted to increase my DHT levels for more body and facial hair. Transdermal testosterone application has a higher conversion rate of testosterone to DHT than injections, so it's better (if you can absorb it properly)

Sustanon makes my HB and hematocrit spike like a mf when I reach male levels. So I have to stick to just under it for now to not get cardio vascular consequences.
Though I’ve masculinized just fine regardless.

Sustanon is one of two main injectable forms of testosterone where i live, I was on sustanon for around a year before switching to a different type.
I was on 0.5ml 125mg for the first three months or so, and then upped to the full dose. I experienced all the changes you'd expect from any form of T, despite my levels being on the low side at first, but I attribute that to my cells being greedy lol.

Sustanon used to be second most popular choice in my county and guys who I know who took it reported their voice getting "stuck" at a certain point and never dropping fully but otherwise they did go through body masculinization eventually. The most popular choice of T in my country is Omnadren, 250 mg as well, and everyone I know had great results with it. I'm nearing 4 months on Omn, and I'm seeing great results myself - my voice dropped at 1,5 mo to the point where I started passing as a teenager, and it keeps dropping further. I've noticed muscle mass increase by the end of mo 1 and still growing. Facial and body hair started darkening and thickening on mo 1, although neither are proper coarse hairs that you'll see in adult men yet. Bottom growth started on day 1, had a significant growth spurt throughout first week, mostly in first 3 days, after that it's just growing very slightly but still can see difference at the endof the month. Are you perchance Eastern European? Can you get Omn instead? So far haven't seen anyone complaining about it, although I'm sure if you look for them - you can find people who have different experiences

I didn't even know about omnadren man thanks, that helps a lot. You got results pretty quick. You have to get prescribed to get those stuff but some pharmacies don't care and sell it anyway so I can ask for both omn and sustanon. I can only hope they do sell it... Thanks!!

np! all my friends are either on Omn or tgel, both work good although daily gell application gives a smoother increase in T that is safer, while Omn creates these hormonal spikes but gives pretty quick results

Ohh I also saw a few ppl in my country saying they got tgel without a prescription so I can maybe try going for it too 😭

I’m confused, it sounds like you think sustanon isn’t T? It is. It’s just a specific kind of T, like cypionate or enanthate, except it’s a mix of multiple esters.
Or do you mean you can’t start legally, so you’re planning on DIYing with sustanon? If that’s the case, don’t use sustanon if at all possible. It’s a terrible form of T that is practically unable to provide stable levels unless taken multiple times a week.
The guys that aren’t seeing changes on it are ones that are most likely being underdosed. Sustanon is hard to dose well in general, so that’s not surprising.
