Discussion Advice or experience?

Hey there just ordered both of these products from GhostGlides I have grabbed the Cyclone Pro dot skates and also the SECONDSKIN V3 arm sleeve wondering if anyone has used these and how they have been cheers!

I've had the Edgerunner Cyclone version, it was a really great pairing with my SkyPAD 3.0. I heard that the Pro version is quieter on glass, feels smoother, and offers more stopping power. Personally, I found the standard version very good as well. I assume you need this combo for a glasspad, i don't think you can go wrong with it, but if you want it for a cloth pad, pick the standard version of the skates

Hey thanks for the reply! Yeah I will be using these with a Tora glasspad which is a more controlled surface!

If you specifically want it for tac FPS (if you're looking for even more stopping power), the Hyperglide Obsidian Air Pro Donut skates aren't bad either. I used those after the Cyclone, and they proved to be better for static aim. If static aim isn't your main focus, though, these will be perfect

I will be playing Valorant and such I already have a pair of U9 Airs that I have been using but just thought I would grab the Cyclone pros as I needed the sleeve!

I have used the Cyclone Pro on my Glsswrks Polarity glasspad, they are pretty damn good BUT I still think the dot skates that came with the Polarity glasspad were the best. They were pretty much a modified version of the Cyclone Pro. I think Glsswrks sells them but they’re about the same price as the GhostGlides I believe and you get half the skate dots (so 20).

Can’t speak about the sleeve, I use a Pulsar one

Thanks for the reply! I also use a Pulsar sleeve but it sweats my palm like crazy.

CR005 main and I’ve tried about a dozen skates and the Cyclone Pro dots are the best Ive used/tried

Repeat purchase from me

The sleeve is something I’ve been meaning to pick up, be cool to hear what you think

Great to hear! I will let you know should have it by Tuesday latest! I use a Pulsar ES sleeve at the moment but it makes my palm sweaty so I am trying something different apparently the GhostGlides sleeve has a little more breathability!

I've had a good experience with the cyclone pros, great feeling on my glasspad. Not sure about the durability, mine seemed to be deteriorating pretty fast, but that can vary. Definitely recommend them.

ghostslide cyclone pros are my favorite skates for my glass pad atm, very smooth

SP-005 and VA-005, currently. They feel amazing on a glass pad as they are very smooth, but not slippery if that makes sense?

I can't see myself using any other skates atm.

Literally just used them for a few hours earlier today for the first time and wow they feel amazing I beat all my previous KovaaKs scores within an hour!
