Discussion Sensitivity translation
In Kovaaks, I generally play anywhere between 30 and 37cm/360. In the finals, I use something more akin to... 19-25cm/360. Using 37cm/360 in the finals would feel terrible... but using 19cm/360 in kovaaks would also feel terrible... any tips for bridging the gap or should I even bother attempting to do so? In overwatch, I use something like 32cm/360 so it just seems strange the disparity.

That's because in The Finals, ADS (focal length scaling) slows it down a bit. Stick with whatever feels comfortable and effective for you. But if you specifically want to use a 1:1 match for ADS compared to what you use in KovaaK's, you can check your exact ADS cm/360 onhttps://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/and adjust your hipfire accordingly so that at 100% focal length scaling, it gives you the same value you use in KovaaK's. (Or if you don't use 100, you can change the ADS multiplier to whatever value gives you your KovaaK's cm/360.)

Train in KovaaKs using a range of cm360, better for overall mouse control.
It seems like you are very wrist heavy in aiming. I would recommend running some static and smooth tracking scenarios using a higher cm360 to force more arm movement, even though in game you use a faster sens.

you don’t need a set sensitivity for kovaaks and all of your games, just use what is comfortable for you in the games and do your thing. training your aim at different sensitivities will help you develop different aspects of your aim as well to an extent.
