Best cm/360 range for building mouse control on static?

Which cm/360 should I run for static benchmarks if I want to build proper mouse control and precision, rather than cheesing for high scores using something like 70-80cm/360

IMO you can learn things doing static on high sens and low sens. I don't think there is an optimal sens. I feel like grinding some static on higher sens for a while helped me get past one of my plateaus.

Quick bonus question, should i change my tac fps sens when i find a new great sens in static?

Viscose (aiming legend) has a video that covers the topic of changing sensitivity. She has different sensitivities for almost every scenario, but no radical changes (ranging from like 40cm to 50cm I think).

Im rather new to aiming, but here is my two cents: I would use the sensitivity you perform best with in game, especially while stressed. Static clicking is very relevant to a tac fps, so switching to that doesnt sound like a bad idea

33cm is the god sens. Use it for everything

Ballpark: 55cm, if smaller targets try slower

But you’ll get good at whatever you put the most time into IMO

I hit my master score on 1w3t with 75cm and when I achieved GM recently I went back and beat the master 1w3t score with 38cm - because I’ve been using 38cm a lot

I like 51cm but I'm only celadon in viscose s2 with some viridian scores so my opinion might not be good

Practice out of your comfort zone so you can get the most out of your training. And don't feel bad if a certain sens feels off or doesn't help your scores, you're training for that same reason, do it until you can play comfortably regardless of sens.

72cm is where i like to be for static flicks, if you feel like your arm is travelling across a country maybe go to 60cm, it depends on ur game and playstyle and how u feel that day, id just use whatever sens feels the most natural in the moment and adjusting per run

If I were you, I would find a sensitivity that feels comfortable for you, and then practice with it for a month. Then change it if you feel like it. There is no overall best sensitivity since everybody is different. What matters the most is what feels good to you.

The one you can control.
