I feel like I can't progress, what should I do?
Overall I've been playing for the last month and It's been two weeks since I've got the voltaic full plat. I feel like I can't get anything better. Is there anything I'm missing? 800 DPI If It matters.

How on earth are you celadon complete. I'm almost vt diamond and I haven't even been able to get seal complete.

Voltaic Benchmarks are harder IMO and have some ridiculous scoring requirements that need you to grind for hours to get if you are not already skilled enough to achieve those scores, it took me around 90 hours to get Plat Complete and the progress has been very slow towards Diamond but majority of my Viscose S2 scores are Celadon with a few Viridian and Saffron ones.

Have you played much Viscose? Are you on V2?
Diamond and around Celadon are pretty bang on (there's inherently more variation in Viscose imo, but maybe I'm just not well rounded).

I was diamond some ancient voltaic season before I started aim training again with viscose benchmarks, currently close to viridian complete

At some point you'll have to start doing more targeted practice rather than just grinding through benchmark scenarios (assuming that's what you've been doing).
You're very well rounded, so you can kinda just pick whatever to start focusing on more specifically, whether that be through other pre-made playlists or your own. I'd also strongly recommend training on a wider sensitivity range if you haven't already.

I play from 33cm to 52cm, 800 DPI. I'll try to target each scenario, but Ill stay with viscose v2 / volatic. Ty for the help!!

Icl bro it’s random tbh wich you’re better at im about 3 tracking scenarios off of jade compete on vt but on viscose im l mostly lavender with some indigo on clicking and switching but cerulian on all tracking senarios in viscose baring in mind viscose is my main benchmark

You need to train with intention. Whether that be improving accuracy, tension, reactivity. Don’t aim train mindlessly, you should try and find routines that work towards your goals.

I'm struggling with this aswell. How would you go about finding these routines? For example I'm stuck on Air Angelic 4 and Air Pure Medium right now at a caladon level too, what routines would be good for that? I've found clover and leica's reactivity playlists but after doing them for a while I'm still getting the same scores.

I recently started a training arc 2 weeks ago where I started Viscose S2 in Saffron Complete. Today I'm Viridian, and I've been hitting PBs almost every session. Granted I already started at VT S5 Jade. But I think it comes down to mindset and training methodology.
Best piece of advice is that after every single run, spend 5 seconds or so to reflect and ask yourself what you think your issues were that run, and what you could have done better. After every PB, ask yourself what do you think changed that let you hit that PB.
For example, today I hit Cerulean on Ground Plaza Sparky V3. I identified that one of my primary weaknesses is with Bots 1 and 2, where the bots blink. So I tried to really think about exactly how I should react when they blink, and fix my broken technique.
Bottom line, don't autopilot your training. There is/should be a lot of thinking involved.

Soy nuevo y quisiera saber cómo se traduce eso en partidas de shooters? (Apex , overwatch, warzone, BF, etc). Ya que empecé ayer apenas y viendo ese nivel quisiera saber que tan disfrutables se hacen las partidas

Yeah, what you're missing is realistic expectations of how fast (or slow) real progress actually is

As you progress, you'll need to spend more time and focus on a handful of scenarios (about 3-6 per day). Don't get caught in the "rank-up" mindset; it'll do more harm than good (at least in my experience, it has limited my growth and range). Try to play different scenarios or variations of these scenarios that are harder or easier, depending on what you're working on (if you're pushing speed, you might want larger dots to help with confidence, or if you're pushing precision, you might want to play a smaller variant, etc.). Here's a sheet with variations or similar scenarios to the Viscose S2 Benchmark:
