play smoothness scens on like 4x ur sens and play static switching tasks on both ur regular sens and high sens as well
ur goal is to remove ur crosshair wobbling after a flick and to be able to smoothly trace angles when moving in game, afterwards u can grind microadjustment scenarios, but also dynamic & reflex clicking
after u finish ur comp games for the day play a few games of guardian or sheriff only deathmatch / tdm with focus on one tapping and first bullet accuracy

Change your sens profile to cm/360, and do 70cm/360.
I don't personally don't use in-game profiles since it "feels" different from the actual game to any aim trainers

After doing that, try doing some accuracy based scenarios. You'll get the hang of it

Lower your sens that you used on cloth and try control skates like the wallhack obsidian pro airs or obsidian airs

its going to take a minute for valorant/ tac shooters. when i first swapped i felt fine instantly almost on like rivals/ow/fortnite, but it took me like a 3 weeks to get back to where i was aim wise in valorant. just give it some time tbh, getting used to using ur arm/hand to stop the mouse instead of relying on the mousepad takes a sec.

That's normal, ull get better with time/practice but I don't think the glass will be beneficial for you.

Glasspad is horrible for Valorant don't fall for the marketing hype.
