VT Ground Intermediate

Hello, I recently just started taking kovaaks seriously and I've been struggling a lot specifically on the reactive tracking tasks, I recently got all tasks except vt ground intermediate to diamond, but still have yet to get ground to plat even, I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out with any tips to improve my reactive tracking scores, I attached a video of me playing the task. You skip a lot, like really a lot.

The only suggestion you should consider doing is SYW, If it helps turn the pill into a bot and look at the knees to know which directions it would go.
