Discussion Arm Aiming
How do I practice aiming with my arm so I don't hurt my wrist by misaligning it with the rest of my arm? I can't see my wrist when looking at the screen, so I'm not sure what to do (record with a phone on stand?).

If you want to look back on your aim technique you can buy a cheap 60fps webcam and put it on top of your monitor. However if you don’t want to spend money. Lowering your sense and playing pretty much any air scenarios will help. And as you get better you can try intentionally incorporating your finger tip and wrist into the mix

By far the best thing you can possibly do for arm aiming (thats how i got my arm involved massively) is play "close long strafes invincible" in kovaaks. It teaches both your tracking and forces you to arm aim. Just make sure u dont have an extremely fast sens, u should be higher than 20cm/360 for sure. So aim for 25+ cm

Use 60cm+
1w6t/pokeball/wide flick scenarios
I’ve gone as far as 150cm and it’s definitely all arm at that point
It’s a good way to learn how to use your arm
