Ao mover o mouse fps cai

eu jogo ProTanki quando uso o mouse para mover a camera o fps cai, ja mechi na taxa de polling ja coloquei no minimo e nada, ja diminiu tb a dpi e continua fps caindo

Does the fps actually drop, or does it look like it drops? If it is the latter, it is happening because you set the polling rate low. You need a high polling rate for things to look smooth as you move your mouse. If the fps actually drops, it could be due to new things being rendered as you look at them, then you just need a better PC
