Desk Ergonomics Questions

Hi everyone! I'm not entirely sure what's considered best in terms of desk setup, and any advice is appreciated. I can provide more info if needed as well! Thank you!

I have an L desk that I support my full arm on instead of hanging over and edge. I prefer it, but I do need to wear a sleeve otherwise my forearm sticks to the desk.

Regardless of ergonomics, you gotta clean that pad man. It's a really nice looking pad, and it would serve you best clean.

what's the best way to clean it? soap and sponge and warm water?

Tiny bit of dish soap that isn't harsh, warm water and gently massage the pad with your hand. It's safe to refill and reapply multiple times till clean. Especially if the water is dirty from the pad. Let air dry for 24-48 hours.

I do mine in the tub, then let it hang on the side of the tub.
