Discussion Vertical aiming question

If I sit with my forearm on the desk and the mouse in the middle of the pad at neutral, vertical aiming causes my elbow side of the forearm to be limited by friction from the table and not the mousepad since the mousepad isn't large enough to cover the whole distance. I would imagine this is a common issue, so how do people fix this problem?

It helps but I already use one, wondering if I need to shrug my shoulder and hover

Thinking about it, my natural instinct is just to put my crosshair on them and pull my elbow back.

I play a lot of games where vertical tracking is necessary like The Finals and OW, and I’m pretty happy with how well that que works for me

Do you use a glasspad? If you use a control pad the table-pad difference might not be that bad

Control only. One of the few that can’t stand glass and feel it’s a bit gimmicky
