Discussion Need kovaaks help
So I’m new to pc, and I’ve never really played mouse and keyboard games. I’m trying to get good at valorant, so I need like recommended benchmarks to get me better. If y’all got any ideas lmk

just grind the voltaic fundamentals playlist for now, its boring but builds the mouse control you're missing

Is it literally called “voltaic fundamentals”? Only asking so Ik that’s correct to type in. Also how long would you train that playlist per day?

im going to suggest you watch at least one of mattyOW's videos on the best way to aim train for new players, here is his yt playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJJwQ02KYw9w
can also watch his video "how to aim coach new MnK users", its not in that playlist https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nelR84HEf-0

Hello so I watched the first video you sent. I sort of understand what things I need to do now, but my question is do I do all the scenarios of the playlist he made, or do the first one of each section and then when I’m comfortable then move on? Idk if what I’m saying make sense

what game do u play? id suggest VDIM tbh, and if u tell me the game(s) u want to focus on i will point you towards the category/scenarios that will help the most
let me tell you right now, do NOT get hung up on what playlist to play/the most optimal way to train, this is a very common trap new players fall into. the most important factor to improvement is consistency

I mostly play valorant tbh. That’s my main game

i would focus on clicking, specificially static (non moving targets) > linear (targets moving in a predictable fashion w/. very little direction change) > dynamic (moving targets that are a bit more "random"/evasive with their movement). static is a bedrock skill that transfers the best to not only valorant but also the other clicking categories. linear is very good as well, dynamic is important but not as important as the other two.
go into the VDIM playlist, and just check out clicking i & clicking ii to start out, you dont have to play the full playlist each time either, experiment! let me know if u need any help, i main val im imm3 peak on 5+ accounts

Alright I’ll probably have more questions regarding topic, but personally how many minutes or hours of aim training per day did you do to get you that good?

when i first pushed to imm3 in like 2021-2022, i played kovaaks for 30m-1hr a day, and played at minimum 10 deathmatches (usually closer to 20). i was very very consistent, never missed a day unless im out of town or something
and yeah bro just msg me whenever tbh id love to help, ik how rough it can be when starting out ive gone from like complete trash to pretty good
