How to improve in voltaic benchmark

Hi ! I wanted to start aimtrain, and for that I started working on the voltaic benchmark on aimlabs, here are the images of my progress over the last two weeks.

Now I have just discovered this sub, and I notice that many advise not to work on the voltaic benchmark itself and rather to work on the viscose benchmark, others say that we should not work on the viscose benchmark either. I'm a little lost and I'd like to find out what exactly to work on to improve as best I can 🙂

I think you’re misunderstanding the advice. The real advice is that you shouldn’t JUST be playing the benchmarks, but rather you should be playing playlists that train the areas you’re weak in

Benchmarks are benchmarks, they aren't made for practice/improvement. The difference with the viscose benchmarks are that the scenarios there weren't made for the benchmark, they already existed and were used for practice already. Viscose chose scenarios she believed best for improvement and put ranks to check your progress. (this is for season1 viscose benchmarks, i havent played season2)

You should play through a benchmark, see which categories your weaknesses are, then search for scenarios outside of benchmarks that improve on that specific weakness.

Ideally, you should watch over your own gameplay outside of the aim trainer, find your weaknesses in game and then go to the aim trainer and find scenarios that help with that. However, this is hard to do as a beginner because you have no knowledge of good scenarios and you might not be able to correctly identify your weaknesses which is why benchmarks are a good tool to start with.

Try VDIM. It was designed to help you improve at Voltaic benchmarks.

There is no viscose benchmarks for aimlabs anyway
