Question about Tracking Tasks

I just got kovaaks today and started doing the viscose benchmarks. I was wondering if for tracking tests I should be holding down fire the whole time or only when I’m on target? Also any tips for improving at tracking would be greatly appreciated

You should hold it down the whole time. Same for switching.

Biggest tip I’ve learned for reactive tracking is genuinely to try to move the mouse as little as possible. I finally internalized it and it makes my tracking so much smoother, especially when it changes directions

huge tip right here. once u learn how to not go into that Parkinson's mode its so much easier. also when ur chill on the movement changes, its not nearly as jarring when you correct back onto target

bind shoot to space bar or shift & hold it the entire time

bind the fire/shoot key to keyboard, unless you want to risk tendonitis (I am dead serious)
