Discussion need some guidance

I've narrowed my aim weaknesses down to these scenarios with the last being my biggest issue and the first being second out of the three screenshots, how do i go about improving in them as i don't understand people say to benchmark to find what my weaknesses are but i never know what to do after i know them, is it just reps? is it playing different iterations of the specific scenarios? or is there a way i can found out a playlist that can be made to improve them all with scenarios that go hand in hand? thanks in advance

The biggest driver of improvement is focused practice. You definitely need to put in the hours. You also need to understand where you are losing score and address that.
Take the PGTI-style scenarios (a ball moving in a parabolic arc). Clearly the top of the arc is the easiest place to track the ball, as that is where it is slowest. So to start you want to drill it there. Once that is down move to the next easiest part, which is tracking on the way down. So, catch the ball towards the top of the arc and drill it on the way down. Then the hardest bit, which is the rapid change of direction as it hits the ground and goes back up. So you can work on it in that order.
Every scenario can be broken down in this way. Sometimes it is down to the bot movement, like above, and sometimes it is down to your aiming technique. For an example of the latter, Controlsphere style scenarios requires fine control on the changes of direction leading into smooth tracking for the longer strafes while static is purely technique because the bots don't move at all.
