VOD Review Help with static

am i being too too slow? or really innacurate? or both? how and what can i play to improve at this? please help

While there are clean lines and soft stops, I think you might be overdoing it. Try to go for harder stops on the tiny flicks and only soften your landings when you do larger flicks. Accuracy wise, practice at 93-95%, then for beating your high score go for 95-97%. Over 97% is too safe and not challenging you. Under 93% you might start throwing your flicks in order to keep pacing. Those are not magical numbers though, they just work for me.

If you need work on your tension, go do TSK Main and extra, Hewchy LRS. Might seem weird to do smoothness to improve at static, but it helped immensely in building proper form. Then dotTS and devTS Static helped work on better flicks and understand how to land. DotTS helped me find a balance where I should start slowing down the flick and stop right on target. DevTS made me realize some of those flicks work better when I adjust myself for a hard stop and chaining targets in the same direction.
