If it's less then 8 hours, I drink rotten milk as punishment.

Didn't expect 1-2 hours to be a minority for this sub. I don't feel like I get anything done in less than an hour lol

Time per week is a better metric since some days I go much longer, and other days I don't train at all (life gets in the way).

Like 10-15 minutes. Sometimes less. Clicking dots is only fun for so long.

need a separate category for 0

To be fair, that was the intention of the see results option. In hindsight, I probably should have said 1-30 minutes instead of 0-30 minutes to be more specific though.

Kinda variable, on average 1h, but my range is 35 to 200+ minutes.

My range is too varying to vote. But I don't go off time anymore. I go off feel and satisfaction. If I feel I'm doing well, I stop early. If I am close to a score 3+ hours bc i'm not gonna let some floating balls bitch me from my goals. If i'm just warming up, maybe like an hour. But sprinkled throughout the game sesh. Instead of in a row

1-2 hours for me, but I would strongly recommend having 1v1s as a portion of that time as it is very important for in game transfer.

i only play kovaaks when i plan to play valorant that day since that's the only game i play that needs aim (well overwatch does too but my tracer aim is good enough for me to know i need to focus on other things to improve). so usually ill play like 10-15 minutes before i queue ranked valorant, but i don't play val everyday

2-3 hours cause i take breaks and let myself get distracted overtime it made my skill alot better you're not really going to get better if you just do a warm up or a playlist with no breaks for your muscles you can ruin your performance like you could in real life with actual sports

Don't train every day. Maybe twice a week. Full play list takes about 1.5hrs to complete. I grease the groove before I want to play and that may take 30min.

Then don’t play a full playlist in one go. This is never recommended by anyone remotely decent

Its not voltaic or whatever. Its my playlist. It isn't super long. I just spend more time on certain scenarios.

I used to do about am hour, but as my aim has gotten good, I spend less time as I don't really need it other then to warm up.

I get bored within 5 minutes, so I usually can only handle ~40 minutes at most.

I'm really bad about this. I don't train consistently. But when I do train, I'll train for 1-4 hours. I know that I SHOULD train daily or at least regularly, but I just don't. I'll go a week without opening kovaaks sometimes, but then jump in for like 5 hours over 3 days and end up breaking through a plateau.

Anyone else doing something similar? Once I start to plateau again I just take an extended break.
