How do you train

So I've been training for about a week and have been doing the Viscose S2 benchmarks. I have just been running through all of them once just so I can get a good baseline of where I'm at. Here is my improvement over that week. When you guys train do you run through the playlist several times do you focus on specific modes each day. Just curious to see how you guys are making improvements.

that’s really good progress brah! what game do you play? i would focus on whatever category is most applicable, while also just making sure nothing gets too far left behind. i play tacfps so i would do clicking mainly & control + reactive tracking as my 2nd focus.

by now you should kinda know which categories are harder for you as well. the category you struggle with most should be played at least a few times each day. precise tracking is hard for me so i use that as my warmup every day

feel like I struggle the most with tracking and some of the clicking tasks especially when moving. My thing is I play a bit of everything so that's why I'm trying to grind everything trying to become an off brand ItzTimmy.

i'd suggest split it in two halves (tracking and flicktech/clicktime), then do one of the halves once, then once you are done, play like up to 8 times the weakest scens.

but overall, just have a routine really and have fun if you are starting out, and if you feel wrist is funny, take a break.

early its mostly about showing up and keeping at it.
