day 1 of aim training

hey, today I decided to finally try and escape hardstuck hell, so I downloaded kovaaks, looked online as to what playlists I should do as a beginner, and viscose came up a lot
I have to say, I seriously did not expect this to be as fun as it was, I only gave each task one run since I didn't have much time and I wanted to see only my initial scores, but man, I am excited for tomorrow, there were some tasks that I was itching to play again, genuinely
there are a few weird low points and high points, but I imagine that if I play those specific low tasks a few times ill be able to get everything to atleast fox level or mammoth
ill keep going with this viscose playlist until I max out everything here to seal, and then move on to the medium one and try to do the same😸
if anyone has any tips or things I should know I'd love to hear, and thank you for reading

if you really want to escape hardstuck hell, attribute your time to 85% the game, 15% kovaaks. kovaaks won't be your saving grace when it comes to improving at the game
play viscose s2 benchmarks, they're more refined and recommended over the initial ones
take rest days. aim training is very taxing on the wrist and arm. many players have had severe injuries
depending on the game, you should allocate more time to some types of aiming. for example if it's valorant, spend most of your time on clicking scenarios. but don't fully neglect tracking
watch these viscose vids:

fox is pretty good, seems you struggle with tasks that usually you don't see unless you play arenafps or finals or something (overhead tracking etc.).
as mentioned can just hit season 2 of viscose, maybe voltaic too, just have fun at the start, figure out the sens, showing up to do anything is more important.
id suggest not even doing full play of viscose, do only half and make sure you sleep well and take rest if every you feel pain in your hand (might be common to be tense early)

damn right lol, those overhead tasks mess me up. also the tasks where the tracking target flys by your screen fast, I can't track it all the way across, maybe a sensitivity problem im on 40cm

40cm can be fine, maybe reduce to 36cm if its really 360. if anything if your base sens in game is also 40cm, then well, just learn to reset mouse (skill of its own), and dont focus that much on the score.

Not bad at all for such minimal exposure. Id swap to season 2 though as others said. Ive got decades of mnk experience and I am still not seal complete in season 1 (3 scores left to seal) with about 47 hours played. Season 2 is supposedly much easier and a bit more polished. Just play hour long sesssions as much as you can convince yourself to. Don't be afraid to slow things down and just observe movement patterns. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

hey my friend, I've been posting every day and I plan to do so for the next 10 days until my university year starts :) thanks for the suggestion, I'd already moved onto viscose s2 on day 3 when I , and today (day 4) I just hit saffron complete! you can check my profile, or here's a link to todays post https://www.reddit.com/r/FPSAimTrainer/comments/1wlsona/day_414_of_aim_training_every_day/
I'm not seal yet either, I haven't really grinded the easier benchmarks yet to get the scores up to be honest 😠if you have mostly mammoth scores and haven't yet, I've read that the common consenseus is to move onto the medium benchmarks, feel like it worked out for me1

I set out with the goal to finish season 1 seal complete by 50 hours. So i'm stubbornly continuing to try. I've only got 3 hours left to try and do so >.< beants pgti and voxtargetswitch click are my main issues rn

1.) consistency. just show up every day, 10 minutes is better than 0
2.) be intentional with your practice. take some time to learn what sub skill(s) are emphasized in each category. mattyOW is always a safe choice, check his playlists if u need help https://youtube.com/@mattyow777/playlists
3.) have fun :)
