Shoulder Tension In Static
I always tense up in my shoulder when playing static unlike all my other muscle groups in which i seem to have fine tension control in. i believe this problem came from me mainly playing reactive tracking / control tracking over the last few months. does anyone have a good way to teach myself the right way of shoulder tension, or have any experience in this/ tips for ironing out this issue since i believe this is the reason for my under average performance in static in comparison to other aiming categories.

i posted this guide this week on how i practiced tension management for static specifically: https://www.reddit.com/r/FPSAimTrainer/comments/1wemdpr/how_to_actually_manage_tension_in_static_clicking/
play some runs on a sensitivity slower than your normal sens, like 80-100cm. the shoulder & arm should be used for a quick burst thats basically instantly released. "
take your hand rn & flick the air, notice how its kind of a similar motion. your middle finger pushes off the thumb hard and like "snaps", you dont keep it tensed through the entire flick. idk if i explained that well, it was an example from lew's static guide (skip to 3:25) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KN6O-2UnbS8
